Born and raised in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, Howard E. Spencer 5th spent 18 years in the construction industry building homes before making the move to real estate in 2014. That hands-on background — understanding how homes are built, what they're worth, and what can go wrong — gave him a foundation most agents simply don't have. Since earning his New Jersey license, he has built his career in the New Jersey market with a focus on serving clients through some of the most complex transactions in real estate — including probate, estate sales, residential, and investment properties.
